Daouda Kavuma formed the Ghetto Kids (or Triplets Ghetto Kids), a dance troupe, in 2014, which is made up of children from the Katwe slum in Kampala (Uganda).

Alex, Fred, Bachir, Patricia, and Isaac filmed themselves dancing to Sitya Loss by Eddy Kenzo in 2014. In just a few weeks, the film has received over 8 million views on Youtube and other media.

Eddy Kenzo, the singer, later invited them to appear in the song's official video clip, which was published in September of the same year.

This partnership marked the beginning of the Ghetto Kids, allowing the children to return to school and Daouda Kavuma to purchase equipment to further the group's development.
