Tiara Nicole Thomas, better known as Tiara Thomas is an American singer, songwriter and record producer. Native to Indianapolis and a self taught guitarist, Tiarra made her first debut as an artist on rapper Wale’s mixtape ‘More About Nothing’ on tracks such as ‘The Cloud’ and his single, ‘Bad’. Already connected to Wale, she met with him along with Le Greg O who admitted her to signing with record label The Board Administration in 2011. ‘Bad’ reached number three on the Billboard’s Hot Rap Songs chart and turned gold, giving Tiara more recognition for her as a solo artist. In 2013, she moved on to Rico Love’s Division 1 label where she recorded her first five track EP, ‘Dear Sallie Mae’. She released a few more singles with Division 1 and went on to release music independently. In 2015, she released ‘Up in Smoke’, a 9 track album that contains her biggest hits, ‘Mary Jane’ and How It Is’ both with over 2 million plays on Spotify. Her latest work, ‘FWMM’ was self-released in 2018 with a single also titled ‘FWMM’ being another big track for Tiara Thomas.
