The Warning is a Mexican hard rock band formed in 2013, in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. It is composed of three sisters: guitarist and vocalist Daniela Dany, drummer and vocalist Paulina Pau, and bassist Alejandra Ale. Alejandra Ale also contributes vocals to the band. Around a year later, in 2014, the sisters started uploading videos to their social media platforms, and the following year, they launched their debut extended play, titled "Escape the Mind." They progressed from being online sensations to being favourites at festivals after the publication of their debut album, XXI Century Blood, in 2017. The Warning signed a contract with Universal's Lava Records imprint in 2021. Moreover, they put out their first single, "Choke," in 2021, which got more than a million online streams.
