The Chicken Connoisseur is a YouTube star born in May 1993 in Enfield, London, England. He is known for uploading critic videos of fried chicken restaurants on his The CNSR YouTube channel. He has gained more than 870,000 subscribers and over 97 million views on the channel. He started his YouTube channel on 26th August 2015, and until December 2016, he had amassed about 700 views. He mostly uploaded videos featuring him visiting and rating different chicken shops in London.

His video channel went viral on 9th December when it was covered by popular magazines BuzzFeed, The Daily Telegraph, and The Huffington Post. He founded Chicken Connoisseur Ltd in December 2016. The following year, he published a new book. In October 2017, it was announced he would appear in the television show “The Peng Life”. The show premiered in August 2018. He changed the name of his channel to The CNSR in January 2021.
