Tapesh, whose full name is Tapesh Marian Gajewski, is a German DJ and music producer, based in Dusseldorf. His father owns several clubs in Germany, and so Tapesh was raised heavily influenced by electronic music, specially by the local scene, with bands like Kraftwerk as his main references. He began his career by releasing tracks like "Reminisce”, and “Feelings” on different labels like Mobilee, Noir and Defected, among others. He is a very much in-demand DJ, and he has held residences at major clubs around the world, including Cocoon in Frankfurt and Warung in Brazil. His particular blend of world music influences and urban music has been praised by artists like Anja Schneider, Jamie Jones and Loco Dice among others.
