Simon Rex is a comedian born on 20th July 1974 in San Francisco, California, United States. He is widely recognized for starring in the television sitcom “What I like about you.” He started his career in 1993 by appearing in an advertisement in a Los Angeles magazine. His breakthrough came in 1999 when he appeared in the comedy-drama series “Jack & Jill”. In 2006, he appeared in the telenovela “Monarch Cove”. From 2016 to 2017, he appeared in the television series “Typical Rick”.
In 2021, he played the lead role in the comedy-drama film “Red Rocket.” Due to his success on Red Rocket, he signed with Range Media Partners management firm. He is expected to feature in the upcoming film “Down Low.” In April 2022, he starred in an episode of television sketch comedy “Saturday Night Live”. Simon is also a musician. He released his self-titled album in 2007. His second album, “Nasty as I wanna be,” was released in 2011.
