Scott Seiss (born March 15, 1994 in Dundalk, Maryland, United States) is a comedian, actor, and writer, best known for his “Angry Retail Guy” sketches on his scottseiss TikTok account and Cocaine Bear (2023). He is a national headliner who has supported other comedians like Patton Oswalt, Bo Burnham, Roy Wood Jr., and Josh Wolf.

Prior to creating content on social media, Seiss worked at an IKEA call center from 2016 to 2019. He draws inspiration from his experience working in retail. He began posting comedy, trends, and challenges on TikTok in July 2020. Since then, he has amassed millions of followers on his TikTok account. In his first TikTok, Seiss made reference to RL Stine. He filmed a video posted to Instagram with comedian Joe Gatto.
