Poundz is a British drill rapper born in 1997 in South London. After releasing several standalone tracks and building a notorious YouTube audience, in 2019 he signed with Disturbing London and released the hit single “Opp Thot.” The song reached the UK Top 40 and amassed more than 25 million streams. The song was remixed by artists like Ambush, Snap Capone, and Yxng Bane, and the following year Poundz issued his next viral hit “Tik Tok.” Later that year he was featured in a S1mba remix with Swarmz and Dappy and appeared at the TEENFEST festival.
