Parviz Parastouei is an award-winning Iranian actor, producer, and director best known for his work in film, television, and theatre. He was born in Kabudrahang, Hamedan, Iran, on June 24, 1955. Parviz began his screen acting career in the mid-1980s when he appeared in the films Land of Lovers, Pishtazan-e fath, and Hunt, but he became famous in 1998 when he starred in the action-drama film The Glass Agency.

His filmography includes Without Anything, The Singer, Los Angeles/Tehran, House of Paper, Domestic Killer, We Have a Guest, The Reward of Silence, and Bodyguard. Parviz starred in the TV series The Accomplice alongside Mohsen Kiayee, Masoud Rayegany, Roya Taymourian, Maral Bani Adam, and Hediyeh Tehrani. He has won multiple Crystal Simorgh Awards at the Fajr Film Festival for Best Actor, Best Actor in a Leading Role, and Best Actor in a Supporting Role.
