Alexander Francis Kelly (better known by his rap name Oliver Francis) is an American rapper and producer born on June 12, 1992. He is from Columbia, Missouri. Francis learned to play guitar as a teenager and started playing in bands and rapping while in high school.

Alex began making remixes and posting them on YouTube and Soundcloud as Oliver. He soon started rapping on beats and got famous with the tracks Polo Socks and AAHYEAHH. His fame increased when he was featured on the No Jumper podcast. His biggest songs include Wwaavvyy, LWTGG, Polo socks, and Yeenreally.
