Niall Breslin, also known as Bressie, is an Irish singer, songwriter, musician, and retired soccer player best known as a member of the pop-rock band The Blizzards. He was born in Artane, Dublin, Ireland, on October 22, 1980. Niall was initially a rugby player who represented Westmeath and Leinster for four years. After his sports career, Niall began his music career in 2004. He formed the band The Blizzards with Justin Ryan, Dec Murphy, Aidan Lynch, Anthony Doran, and Louize Carroll. As a member of The Blizzards, Niall released the singles Trust Me I’m A Doctor, Postcards, Perfect On Paper, I Need A Win, and the studio projects Domino Effect and The Last Great Algorithm, and he won two Oxygen Awards for Best Irish Live Performance.
