Mister You, born Younes Latifi, is a French rapper of Moroccan heritage who has made a name for himself in the French hip-hop and pop music scene. He was born in Paris, Île-de-France, France, on February 5, 1984.
He grew up in the Belleville neighborhood of Paris and began rapping in his early teens. Mister You released his debut studio project, Coktail De Rue, in 2007, but it wasn't until the release of his mixtape album Mec de Rue in 2010 that he gained mainstream success. The album included the hit single La Costa, which helped to establish Mister You as a rising star in the French rap scene.
Since then, Mister You has continued to release popular music, including hit singles such as Maghrebins, Penurie, Loi de la calle, Rumoreo, and La fragrance. In 2019, he released his album HLM2, which featured collaborations with fellow artists Rohff, Naestro, and DA Uzi.
