Born in April 15, 1983, Margo Rae Price came from Nashville, Tennessee. her music genre were a combination of Americana, Country, Bluegrass, and Honky Tonk. Price started her music career when she was singing for a church choir. She then studied dance and theatre in college. By the age of 20, she went to Nashville to pursue a music career while getting part time jobs.
She met Jeremy Ivey, where both of them formed the group Buffalo Clover, leading to a marriage. By 2013, they released three independent albums. However, the band split and Price formed the Margo & the Pricetags. Margo also recorded her solo album under Sun Studios in 2015. Her latest album, “Midwest Farmer’s Daughter” was launched in March 2016 under Third Man Records.
