Lucia Rijker was born on December 7, 1967, on Amsterdam. She has been dubbed as the most dangerous woman in the world. Among her opponents were Lilly Rodriguez and Cheryl Wheeler. She made her US boxing debut in 1996. In 1997, she won the WIBF Super Lightweight. The next year, she earned the WIBO Junior Welterweight title. She won four different world titles and had a 36-0 record.

Aside from her career boxing career, Rijker has also been active in Hollywood. She was in Rollerball in 2002. In 2004, she appeared in the TV series JAG, Veronica’s Fight Master, and the film Million Dollar Baby. She also made appearances in The L World and in Star Trek in 2009. She was also featured in the documentary Shadow Boxers.
