About Lucho Velasco
Luis Alfredo Velasco Parra, popularly known as Lucho Velasco, is an actor, producer, director, and manager born on October 8, 1968, Bogotá, Colombia. He is an alumnus of Pontifical Javeriana University. He is best known for Victorinos (2009), Metástasis (2014), and Jungle (2017).
He has featured in Sniper, Emerald Cowboy, Champeta Paradise, Actors of the Conflict, and Without tits, there is no Paradise. His theater roles include Felipe Vallejo's Adulterated Taximeter, Eddy Arellano's Little Nocturnal Bacchanal, and House of the Theater's The Dwarfs. He made his TV debut in the 1995 soap opera Perfume De Agonía. His TV credits include Nurses (2019), María Magdalena (2018), Search Block (2016), and Commando Elite (2013).
Lucho has starred in some Telenovelas, including Where is Elisa(2011), Family Portraits (2010), and The ghost of the Gran Hotel (2009). He won the Premios India Catalina's Best Antagonistic Actor in a telenovela, series, or miniseries in 2022 and 2020 for The Queen of Flow and Nurses, respectively. In addition, he was nominated for the Colombian Television Best Antagonistic Actor Award (2013) for ¿Dónde está Elisa?
