Louis Tomlinson, birth name Louis Troy Austin was born in Doncaster England in 1991. Nicknamed “The Tommo”, this member of boy band One Direction joined this group on the X factor in 2010. Tomlinson auditioned in 2009 for the X Factor but was turned down. The next year he auditioned, singing ‘Hey There Delilah’ and made it on the show but was later voted out. That is when the judges united him with other contestants to form the band One Direction. One Direction, under Simon Cowell’s record label has been a huge success, which had a debut album What Makes You Beautiful in 2011. Tomlinson also performed small parts in BBC’s Waterloo, and a movie called If I had You after attended acting school. One Direction has performed at the Summer Olympics in London, and performed for the Queen of England in 2012.
