Elizabeth or “Lizzy” Plapinger is known professionally as LPX. She is the lead vocalist of indie pop duo MS MR, a solo artist, and also the co-owner of record label Neon Gold Records. A London Native, Plapinger has now relocated to New York City. There, she met MS MR’s Max Hershenow while studying at Vassar College. While in Sophomore year, she started Neon Gold Records which went on to launch arists like Ellie Goulding and Passion Pit, and ultimately partner with Atlantic Records. Plapinger released the single “Tightrope” as a solo artist using the name LPX in 2017, and later followed it with “Tremble” and “Slide”. In 2018, she released her first solo EP, “Bolt in the Blue”.
