Laurent and Larry Bourgeois, also known as Les Twins, are identical twin brothers. In Sarcelles, France, they started out as New Style Hip-Hop dancers. The dynamic duo first learned and perfected their dancing techniques at home with their large family. They met the legendary coach Mr. Playmo when they were around 10 years old. They started competing in underground hip-hop battle tournaments, and they and their crew, Criminalz Crew, triumphed in a great deal of them. Les Twins were captured on camera in 2010 while competing at the World of Dance festival in San Diego, California. That YouTube video gained a lot of attention and caught Ellen Degeneres' eye. Les Twins won the inaugural season of the Jennifer Lopez-produced World of Dance TV competition in 2017. After that victory, they put out new music and became the first and only dancers to sign a contract with Michael Jordan and join the Jordan Family.
