Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, King Parrot is an Australian band that performs grindcore, metal, and punk music. The band consists of Matthew "Youngy" Young on vocals, Ari "Mr. White" White on guitar, Slatts Everyday on bass guitar and vocals, Andrew "Squiz" Livingstone-Squires on guitar, and Todd "Toddy" Hansen by drums. King Parrot was formed in 2010, and the following year, they released their debut studio project, the EP The Stench of Hardcore Pub Trash. Their discography includes the singles Shit On The Liver, Bozo, Bite Your Head Off, Dead End, and the album Ugly Produce. King Parrot has toured with artists like Thy Art Is Murder, Obituary, and Carcass. In 2013, they won a Music Victoria Award for Best Heavy Album.
