She is one of the cast members of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, a reality show that airs on Bravo. She is also the founder and CEO of several companies related to beauty, fashion, and marketing, such as JXA Fashion, Shah Beauty, and Shah Lashes.

Shah is of Tongan and Hawaiian descent. Originally a Mormon, she converted to Islam. She is married to football coach Sharrieff Shah. She quickly earned a reputation as the most over-the-top SLC Housewife, managing to fight with all of her fellow cast members — including her best friend, Heather Gay — in the show’s first season, which aired from November 2020 to February 2021.
