Hyukoh is an indie soft rock South Korean band. The front man is also called Hyukoh and he was born in South Korea under the birth name Oh Hyuk and then raised across China, before moving back to Seoul as an adult to pursue music. The bassist is called Dong-geon, the guitarist Lim Hyun-jae, and the drummer Lee In-woo. The four-member group Hyukoh signed HIGHGRND, an independent label from YG Entertainment, one year after coming together. They released their first album, called ‘23’ in 2017 and it rose to become a part of Billboard’s World Albums Char that year. Hyukoh kicks off its 2020 tour around Asia, Europe and the US this month of February.
