Hoodboi is the stage name of Roger Schami, a DJ and electronic music producer based in Los Angeles, U.S. He started gaining attention in the local L.A. scene around 2014, mostly known for his throwback melodies of the 90’s mixed with house and techno. He has toured all around the world alongside top DJs like Flosstradamus and A-Track both in clubs and festivals. He has also made many collaborations with artists like Djemba Djemba, and Alison Wonderland, among many others. He released his first EP called “Palm Reader” through Fool’s Gold Records, founded by A-Track and Nick Catchdubs. The EP features four tracks which mix a handful of genres such as R & B, club music and new-age. His popular single “True Colors” has over 50,000 views on Hoodboi’s YouTube Channel.
