Highasakite is a Norwegian musical band that performs indie pop music. The band was formed in 2011 by lead vocalist Ingrid Havik and percussionist Trond Bersu who met while studying at the Trondheim Jazz Conservatory. The band performs live with the extra band members Øystein Skar, Marte Eberson, and Kristoffer Lo. They released their debut studio project All That Floats Will Rain in 2012. Their discography includes the hit singles Lover, Where Do You Live?, Samurai Swords, God Don’t Leave Me, God Don’t Leave Me, Someone Who’ll Get It, and the albums Silent Treatment, Camp Echo, and Uranium Heart. They have toured with the band Of Monsters and Men, and they have performed at numerous festivals including Iceland Airwaves and Øyafestivalen. They have received a Bendiksen Award at GramArt and two Spellemannprisen Awards for Pop Group.
