Coming from Sweden, Grizfolk was formed in 2012. Currently composed of five members, Grizfolk was found by two Swedish producers and singer/song writer in Florida. Adam Roth, Grizfolk’s vocalist and guitarist relocated to Los Angeles in 2011, playing in the band called La Vie. He then met Fredrick Eriksson from Sweden which led to their working for certain projects. They then worked with Sebastian Fritze also from Sweden.

The collaboration then resulted to Griz Adams, but was then later called Grizfolk. They added Brendan Willing James and Bill Delia to the group forming the quintet. They first released the song “Vagabonds” with guest appearance of Nikola Bedingfield. They soon signed under Virgin Records, releasing “The Striggle” in 2013.
