George Drakoullias was born in 1965. He is a Greek-american music producer and mixer. Drakoulias is a former A&R executive at American Recordings. He is known for his collaborations with artists and performers such as Tom Perry, The Dirty Knobs, Stereophonics, Primal Scream, Luther Russel, The Lonely Island, Reef, Britta Phillips, Dean Wareham, The Dunwells, and many more. In 2008, the documentary film Runnin’ Down a Dream, which he produced with Skot Bright, won the Grammy Award for Best Long Form Music Video at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards (2008). In the movies, he is known for his work on “Super 8”, “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty”, “Marriage Story”, “Crazy, Stupid, Love”, etc.
