Frank Casino, born Nhlanhla Tshabalala, is a South African hip-hop artist who was born in 1994 in Kempton Park, Tembisa. He began his professional career in 2005 when he decided to start a band with two friends which were called Krunk Era. They made a name in the industry and got to perform on South Africa’s Yo TV Prime Time show. This performance was brilliant and earned them their first contract with Vusi Leeuw, an independent music producer, and changed their name to Blaque Print. After finishing their contract in 2010 the band released their most famous single “Casino Royale”. In 2015 they founded their own record label Dapper Gang Records and Frank Casino released three albums: “Something from me” and “Heroes of Tomorrow” in 2018 and “BottlebrushStr” in 2019.
