Farid Hamed El Abdellaoui is a Spanish rapper who was born on June 4th, 1986. He is of Moroccan descent. He was born in the Melilla city of Spain but was raised in Germany.

Farid rose to fame for his extremely popular solo albums Asphalt Massaka, Banger Leben Kurzer, and Killa. He is also known for frequently collaborating with German rapper Felix Blume (who’s known via his moniker Kollegah). He featured Brazilian-German soccer striker Kevin Kuranyi in the music video for his track ‘Es Ist Soweit’ in 2010. His other popular albums include Asozialer Marokkaner (2021), X (2021), Das neue Album (2021, feat.
