Ex Cops is an American psychedelic rock band from Brooklyn, New York. Members of the band consist of musician Brian Harding, vocalist Amalie Bruun, guitarist Sam Bair and bassist Leif Huckman. The band came together in 2011 and released their debut single, ‘You Are A Lion, I Am A Lamb’ in 2012. In 2013, the band released their debut album, ‘True Hallucinations’ which earned the band some local repertoire and were featured on music blogs such as Spin, Pitchfork and NPR Music. The psych-electronica band released their sophomore album in 2014 titled ‘Daggers’, produced by Justin Raisen, garnered a positive response from indie-rock blogs. Ex Cops performed around the U.S. in support of the album and played at the Roskilfe Festival in Denmark and Wacken Open Air in Germany. In 2015, vocalist Amalie Bruun left the group and the band parted ways.
