Emily Burns is a Scottish singer-songwriter and musical artist who was born on September 22nd 1994 in Livingston, Scotland, United Kingdom. She was born in Livingston, Scotland but was raised in Rugby, England.

Emily rose to fame for her hit 2018 EP Seven Scenes from the Same Summer and also for her 2019 EP PDA. She formed her unique style following musical influences from persons like Tove Lo, Kehlani and Sigrid Raabe. Some of her other known EPs include 2020’s I Love You, You’re the Worst and 2019’s My Town. Emily collaborated with JP Cooper on her 2021 single Is It Just Me?
