Youngstown, Ohio native Emii was born Emily Rose Morris in 1990, she got her breakthrough in 2010 when her song “Magic” was posted YouTube and was eventually noticed by enough people to catapult the track to #32 on the Pop Indicator Chart. She followed this initial success that year with her single “Mr. Romeo”, featuring a guest appearance by rapper Snoop Dogg. Emii would go on to release her EP Magic through iTunes, followed by the EP Time to Move On in 2013. Experimenting in science fiction, Emii released a music video that had sci-fi themes in it for her song “Freakier Freak”. She is admittedly a fan of comic books and science fiction, and signed with the Media Artists Group after landing roles in two science fiction movies in 2012.
