It was released independently, as Dizzy Write wished to avoid the difficulty of dealing with a major record label — he had seen what sort of life that could lead to while watching his mother, who worked for a major record label. Three years later in 2015 he would release his biggest album so far: “The Growing Process” which made it onto the Billboard Top 200 at #47.
