DaBaby formerly known as Baby Jesus is an American rapper hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina. Under his previous stage name, Baby Jesus, he has collaborated with the likes of Lil Boosie and Skippa Da Flippa. His debut mixtape, “NonFiction” was released in 2015, and accumulated over 10,000 listens in the first 48 hours with no marketing save through his own Instagram account. Shortly after, he booked a spur-of-the-moment flight to music festival “SXSW,” where he managed to gather a significant amount of fans. Dababy released his second mixtape, “So Disrespectful.” a few months later. With no additional promotion, the tape streamed 17,000 times in the first 48 hours. Popular songs include “IDGAF,” “1of1,” and “Light Show.” Dababy released his debut album, "Baby on Baby" in 2019, and it included popular singles "Suge" and "Babysitter" featuring Offset. DaBaby's next 2 albums "Kirk" and "Blame It On Baby" both hit number 1 on the Billboard charts. Dababy has collaborated on hit singles with Lil Yachty, Roddy Ricch, Megan Thee Stallion, Pop Smoke, and Dua Lipa.
