Corey Harper is an American singer, songwriter and guitarist who was born on November 25th 1994 in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. He has a brother and a sister and their parents were Brad and Robin Harper.
Corey started playing guitar at a very young age when he met Fender Stratocaster at his uncle’s house in Kansas City. Corey mentions that since then his major music influences have been John Mayer, Ben Howard, Bob Dylan, B.B. King and Stevie Ray Vaughan. His fame began to appear when he was handpicked by mega pop star Justin Bieber to open up his Purpose Tour back in 2016 for the Pacific Northwest tour dates. Corey has also opened up One Direction’s Niall Horan’s Flicker Tour and Julia Michael’s west coast dates in 2019. Corey’s debut EP On the Run appeared in 2016 featuring his hit single California Sun. His second EP Barely Put Together appeared in 2019.
He has worked with some very famous singers including Justin Bieber, Honda, Hollister, Lyft and Hurley.
