Chase Atlantic is an Australian indie pop band formed in Cairns in 2011. It consists of Mitchel Cave, Clinton Cave, and Christian Anthony, who had met earlier as members of a boy band called What About Tonight, and had media exposure via the “The X Factor Australia” television show. Chase Atlantic’s debut came in 2014 with the EP “The Dalliance”, followed a year later by “Nostalgia”, the band’s second EP. These releases garnered the attention of MDDN’s representative Joel and Benji Madden (from Good Charlotte), who added the band to their roster, and by 2017 the group had signed with Warner Bros. and released a 2017 eponymous full-length album. In 2018 and 2019 the band toured Australia and the U.S., including an appearance at the Warped Tour. Their sophomore LP “Phases” went out in 2019.
