He is best known for his hit singles “A Few Good Stories” and “Airwaves.” He released his debut album, titled “Keepin’ It County,” at the age of 12. He went on to release the albums “My Roots Run Deep,” “By Request,” and “Tried and True – A Canadian Tribute.” In May 2013, he signed with Warner Music Canada. He dropped his first single, “Started with a Song” in June of the same year.

The song reached number 87 on the Billboard Canadian Hot 100. In 2014, he performed in Junior Awards aired on CTV opposite The Sheeppdogs, OneRepublic, and Bachman-Turner Overdrive. In 2017, he won the Interactive Artist of the Year and Male Artist of the Year. Other popular albums released by Kissel include “Now or November,” “The Compass Project – East Album,” “Pick Me Up,” and “We Were That Song.”
