Borgore is the stage name of Israeli EDM record producer, rapper and DJ Yosef Asaf Borger. He was born on the 20th of October, 1987, in Holon, Israel. He studied jazz at Thelma Yellin Music Academy in his hometown and during his student years, he joined the deathcore band Shabira as the drummer. He played alongside the band a few years before moving to Los Angeles in 2012 to pursue a musical career. He had a major breakthrough and he soon became a very in-demand record producer, working alongside the likes of Miley Cyrus and Bella Thorne. Borger is also the founder of the label Buygore, in which he usually releases his own work, although he also works with labels like Armada Music, Sumerian Records and Spinnin’ Records. In 2014, his first full-length studio album “#NewGoreOrder” debuted at number three on Billboard’s Top Electronic Album Charts.
