He is best known for his video prank and acting sketches that he posts on his self-titled YouTube channel, where he has more than a million followers. Phillips started his YouTube channel in 2015 and his first video was Trolley Thief.

He rose to fame when his Dr. Harley series went viral on Vine and had more than 1.3 million subscribers before the app shut down. In the series, the Welsh sensation went viral with a video of the 3-year-old son of his then-girlfriend, Harley, aka Dr Harley.
