Hollister has named 16-year-old pop singer and actress Freya Skye the face of its fall 2026 women’s denim campaign, “Made for This Moment.”

Announced July 16, 2026, the campaign marks the latest push by Hollister parent Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) into music-driven marketing aimed at Gen Z shoppers.

Beyond the ad imagery, which follows Skye on stage and behind the scenes, Hollister will launch a limited-edition product, sponsor her North America, U.K., and European tour dates, and host exclusive in-store appearances across the U.S. and Europe this fall. The new denim range includes ultra-low-rise, baggy, and adjustable-waist fits, available now in sizes 00–20 starting at $49.95.

Skye said Hollister has felt like part of her life since she was young, calling the partnership “incredibly surreal.”

The deal lands as Skye’s momentum builds: her debut EP, Stardust, dropped in February, and lead single “silent treatment” cracked the Billboard Hot 100. She’s currently touring behind it on the Stars Align Tour, which runs into November. She also returns to the Zombies franchise, reprising her role as Nova Bright in Zombies 5, due in 2027.

Denim-and-celebrity pairings are having a moment industry-wide, echoing Koe Wetzel’s new Rock & Roll Denim capsule and Ms. Lauryn Hill’s debut with Denim Tears.

This campaign also puts Hollister in direct competition with rival American Eagle, whose Sydney Sweeney summer campaign has been one of the year’s biggest teen-retail plays, as chains lean harder on star power to move denim.

Hollister has steadily built a roster of youth-focused brand ambassadors in recent years, including singer-songwriter Benson Boone, singer-songwriter Lauren Spencer-Smith, musical artist Alexander Stewart, and actress Dylan Conrique, alongside a longer-running ambassadorship with singer-songwriter Claire Rosinkranz.

Takeaways

This deal shows Hollister leaning further into music-first marketing, tying denim to a touring schedule rather than a one-off photoshoot.

It’s a page from the same playbook that turned its earlier TikTok ambassador program into a long-term ecosystem, betting that a real tour and real fanbase beat a single campaign burst.

For Skye, it’s a milestone: her first major fashion partnership lands right as her EP and tour are gaining real traction, giving Hollister a rising artist with chart momentum rather than a purely social-first personality.

Will Hollister expand this into a longer-term ambassador role, the way it did with past TikTok talent? Does tying a campaign to an artist’s actual tour dates make it feel more authentic than a standard studio shoot? Could this partnership push Skye’s public image beyond “teen pop star” into a genuine fashion figure?
