Austin-based alternative rock band Culture Wars has signed with full-service talent agency THE·TEAM for worldwide live booking representation.
The group will be represented by veteran agents Marty Diamond, Andrew Buck, Adele Slater, and Ryan Penty. Culture Wars will continue working with Impulse Artists for public relations.
Fronted by lead vocalist Alex Dugan, Culture Wars was previously represented for live booking by Primary Talent International.
The new agency partnership arrives during a breakout year for Culture Wars. After releasing a string of popular singles throughout 2025, including “Typical Ways,” “In The Morning,” “Lies,” and “Bittersweet”, the band released their 12-track debut studio album, Don’t Speak, on April 10, 2026, through Sony-owned label AWAL.
Building on major tour support runs with LANY and Maroon 5, Culture Wars completed a European headline run in July 2026 before embarking on their current fall North American headline tour hitting venues such as New York’s Irving Plaza and Chicago’s Metro.
The signing highlights THE·TEAM’s aggressive multi-genre live expansion in 2026, having secured worldwide representation for BigXthaPlug to bolster his urban touring presence and added Guy Cooper to its alternative lineup.
Takeaways
Culture Wars’ move to THE·TEAM signals that the band is ready to transition from a sought-after opening act to an international headliner.
Assigning four top-tier agents, spanning North American touring heavyweights Marty Diamond and Andrew Buck and London-based international specialists Adele Slater and Ryan Penty, shows that this is an immediate transatlantic initiative.
Following the release of their debut album Don’t Speak on AWAL and a busy summer touring calendar, Culture Wars now has the operational backing to convert streaming traction into hard-ticket arena and festival bookings. Meanwhile, retaining Impulse Artists ensures media continuity while THE·TEAM scales their global footprint.
How quickly will THE·TEAM leverage their transatlantic agency footprint to land Culture Wars on major European and US summer festival lineups? Will the band’s transition from support slots with Maroon 5 and LANY translate into sellout headlining dates across larger theater and ballroom venues?
