Agent Jon Sax will lead his bookings in the region, giving Mellino dedicated North American representation for the first time.

He continues with Analog Agency for representation everywhere outside North and South America, and remains with manager Gia Fazio at Audioholics Records.

Born in Buenos Aires, Mellino began DJing at 19 and has spent more than two decades building a name in progressive house, sharing lineups with Hernán Cattaneo, Sasha, John Digweed, and Tale Of Us, with releases on Bedrock, Balance, Renaissance, and Sudbeat.

His Audioholics concept, launched as a radio show, has grown into an international touring party, with sold-out Argentine stops at Mandarine Park, Metropolitano Rosario, and Mute Mar del Plata.

In 2025, Mellino opened OASIS at River Plate Stadium and made his ADE debut, later adding shows in Australia. This year brought Audioholics’ first Miami edition, a UNVRS Ibiza date alongside Carl Cox, John Digweed, and Sasha, plus new music via Sony Music Argentina and his own Audioholics imprint.

The signing lands as Liaison Artists’ electronic roster keeps expanding. Per Booking Agent Info’s Coachella 2026 breakdown, the agency’s share of the festival lineup climbed from 3% to 4% year over year, with artists like Anfisa Letyago on its books.

It also comes amid a fast 2026 for Analog, which has built out its North American and worldwide rosters with a North American deal for Denham Audio, a South America/Europe-UK signing for Anfisa Letyago, and worldwide representation for Pole Position.

Takeaways

This is a classic split-territory setup for a touring DJ hitting a new career tier: Analog keeps the worldwide relationship it already built, while Liaison, a genre-specialist with real North American infrastructure, takes the one region Mellino hadn’t formalized.

Coming right off a River Plate stadium moment and a first Miami edition of his own party, it reads less like a routine agency swap and more like his team building out routing to match momentum that’s already there.

Does a River Plate Stadium opening slot translate into North American festival headline offers? Could this open the door for Liaison to sign more South American progressive house talent? With Analog’s roster expanding fast in 2026, is melodic/progressive house becoming as central to its growth as techno?

Argentine DJ and producer Mariano Mellino has signed with Liaison Artists for live music and touring representation across North America.
