CrossFit legend Brooke Wells has signed with Range Media Partners for management, with her digital business now handled by the firm’s Range Digital division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wells built one of the most recognizable careers in competitive fitness, qualifying for the CrossFit Games ten times between 2015 and 2025, a run that puts her among a small handful of athletes to reach that many Games appearances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She wrapped up individual competition after the 2025 season, closing out a career that included a dramatic comeback from a serious elbow injury she suffered during the 2021 Games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That comeback became the subject of her 2024 memoir, Resilient<\/em>, published by St. Martin’s Press, which walks through the injury, the surgery that followed, and her return to the competition floor less than a year later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wells is also a co-founder of While On Earth, a training and footwear brand she launched with five-time CrossFit Games champion Mat Fraser, best known so far for its debut Move Trainer shoe. She built that venture after years as a sponsored NOBULL athlete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Range brings Wells into a digital roster on a growth run. Co-Heads Kai Gayoso and Eman Redwan were promoted to Managing Partner of Range Digital in January 2026 after steering the division to 170 percent year-over-year growth, with a 22-person team closing more than $120 million in deals across beauty, lifestyle, gaming and fashion in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The signing lands during an active stretch for Range more broadly. The agency recently added free-agent kicker Daniel Carlson<\/a> for on- and off-field representation<\/a> and signed surfer Brianna Cope<\/a>, whose brand-partnerships deal<\/a> is led by Rheann Engelke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a decade of Games appearances, a memoir, and a co-founded brand behind her, Wells arrives at Range Media Partners as one of its more established fitness-world signings to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Takeaways<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This reads like a career-stage move, not a rookie deal. Wells isn’t chasing her first brand partnership; she’s closing out ten years of Games competition with a book, a co-founded brand, and a built-in audience already in place. Signing with Range now looks like a bid to organize and scale what’s already working, not start from zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Range’s timing looks deliberate too. Landing Wells right after Range Digital posted a $120 million year under new leadership signals the agency wants a bigger foothold in health and wellness, a space where NOBULL, Mat Fraser, and now Wells all overlap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also fits a pattern. Range keeps landing athletes who’ve built something beyond their sport (Brianna Cope’s electrolyte brand or Daniel Carlson’s off-field ambitions). Wells fits that mold closely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does stepping back from Games competition make Wells more valuable as a brand, or less? Can Range Digital convert a decade of built-in CrossFit community trust into deals outside fitness?
