He&#8217;ll keep managing his current roster, including <a href=\"https:\/\/bookingagentinfo.com\/celebrity\/gigi-gorgeous\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gigi Gorgeous<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bookingagentinfo.com\/celebrity\/eva-gutowski\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eva Gutowski<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/bookingagentinfo.com\/celebrity\/shay-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shay Rose<\/a>, who collectively reach more than 100 million followers, while expanding theatrical opportunities across Select&#8217;s wider client base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new role lets Luckenbaugh keep building Select&#8217;s presence at the crossroads of Hollywood and the creator economy. Select partners <a href=\"https:\/\/bookingagentinfo.com\/managers\/lisa-filipelli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lisa Filipelli<\/a>, Brittany Maxwell, Caroline Nardilla, and <a href=\"https:\/\/bookingagentinfo.com\/managers\/amy-neben\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Amy Neben<\/a> called him &#8220;the ideal leader for our theatrical division.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The move caps a busy stretch of internal promotions at Select, which elevated Maxwell and Nardilla to Partner earlier in 2026 and promoted four more staffers in March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Takeaways<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select just formalized something a lot of &#8220;next-gen&#8221; management firms have been dancing around: a real, titled pipeline into film and TV, rather than treating scripted work as a side deal for influencer clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Handing that job to someone already 100M-followers deep in the digital side, rather than poaching a traditional agent, is a bet that the bridge-builder skill set matters more than a pure Hollywood r\u00e9sum\u00e9 right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will Select hire outside agents into the theatrical division, or grow it entirely from within?
