He started at South Florida, earning First-Team All-AAC honors as a kick returner, before transferring to Colorado in 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His debut with the Buffaloes was a standout: 11 catches for 117 yards and a touchdown. Over two seasons in Boulder, he totaled 95 receptions for 1,108 yards and seven touchdowns alongside future first-round picks Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His rookie season in Carolina was quieter. Horn appeared in 14 games, catching 11 of 15 targets for 108 yards and adding 69 yards on eight carries, flashing speed in a limited role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The signing continues a busy 2026 for Klutch.
