Rick Glassman has signed with WME for representation across the board. His team at the agency will be led by agents Andrew Russell in comedy, Dean Fluker in film\/TV theatrical, Andreas Valhouli and Katie Marshall in literary, Grayson Jernigan on digital, and Max Rudman on brand partnerships. He continues to be managed by Artists First for film\/TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The signing caps off a massive year for the multi-hyphenate. Glassman recently earned coveted “paid regular” status at the legendary Comedy Store in Los Angeles and can currently be seen playing Professor Donaldson in the first season of Bill Lawrence\u2019s acclaimed HBO comedy series Rooster, starring opposite Steve Carell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glassman first broke out as a series regular on NBC\u2019s Undateable, later starring in Jason Katims\u2019 Amazon streaming series As We See It and running for two seasons opposite Gina Rodriguez<\/a> on ABC\u2019s Not Dead Yet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other notable credits include FX\u2019s The Comedians, Paramount Network\u2019s Nobodies (produced by Melissa McCarthy<\/a>), and a turn playing Harold Ramis in the Netflix biopic A Futile and Stupid Gesture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond acting and stand-up, Glassman hosts the highly successful video podcast Take Your Shoes Off. Widely praised by critics and media outlets like The Economist<\/em> for its innovative format, the podcast is known for its distinct editing style, heavy animation, and high-profile guests like Paul Rudd<\/a>, Kristen Bell<\/a>, and Marc Maron<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This summer, Glassman will head overseas to bring his Ricky\u2019s On The Loose stand-up tour to the UK and Europe, featuring a highly anticipated run of dates at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
