Hamilton’s path to this seat is anything but conventional. A U.S. Navy veteran, he broke into the industry as a radio personality at Atlanta’s 95.5 The Beat before joining Scooter Braun’s team as road manager for a then-teenage Justin Bieber, a role that put him at the center of one of the biggest pop explosions in modern music history. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He later served as Director of Influencer Marketing at Beats Music and as a Management Lead at Spotify, before launching CSH Management Group, where he developed artists including Rotimi and DIXSON.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his SVP role, Hamilton will drive business growth and strategy across music, sports, entertainment, and culture, drawing on the deep cross-industry relationships he’s built over nearly two decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
