Innovative Artists Entertainment has hired talent agent Brian Sacripanti from Buchwald. He joins the Talent department at Innovative’s Los Angeles offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sacripanti brings a decade of industry experience to his new role. He launched his career in 2016 as an assistant at management firm Grandview before transitioning to A3 Artists Agency, where he earned a promotion to agent. When A3 shut down in February 2024, he landed at Buchwald, continuing to build his client roster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His first-ever industry foothold was an internship in the Comedy Development department at ABC. He holds a degree from UC Berkeley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovative President Scott Harris praised the hire, pointing to the agency’s culture and its fully integrated approach to client representation as a draw for Sacripanti’s move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
