Talent agent Elizabeth Wiederseim has found a new home at Paradigm Talent Agency, weeks after being let go from WME in the agency’s March 2026 layoffs. She will be based out of Paradigm’s LA office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wiederseim’s career highlights include repping Colman Domingo through his Oscar, BAFTA, and Golden Globe nominations for Rustin<\/em>, as well as Leo Woodall during his transition from HBO’s The White Lotus<\/em> to Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy<\/em>. Her client list also includes Will Brill and Nate Mann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before WME, she spent more than a decade at Gersh<\/a> across both coasts, and began her career at Innovative Artists<\/a> before moving to Don Buchwald & Associates<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The move is consistent with Paradigm’s aggressive push to rebuild its talent division. This signing mirrors other recent industry moves, including Hannah Davis joining CAA from WME<\/a> and Dru Bass landing at Independent Artist Group from WME<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
