Rising Welsh actress Rosie Sheehy has officially signed with CAA for representation. The deal, brokered by agent Lucas Ryan, marks Sheehy’s first US representation after building a formidable career in the UK without stateside agency backing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheehy will next be seen in the second season of Netflix’s hit spy series Black Doves<\/em>, led by Keira Knightley<\/a> and Ben Whishaw<\/a>, and is currently shooting Custom of the Country<\/em>, a Studiocanal film adaptation of Edith Wharton’s classic novel, alongside Sydney Sweeney and Leo Woodall<\/a>, directed by Josie Rourke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the awards front, Sheehy earned her first Olivier nomination last year for Best Actress in Machinal<\/em> at the Old Vic, and followed it up with a second nomination this year for Guess How Much I Love You?<\/em> at the Royal Court. Her film Pillion<\/em>, BAFTA-nominated and BIFA-winning, bowed at Cannes in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CAA has been aggressively expanding its UK talent roster. The agency recently signed director Greta Gerwig<\/a> and actress Hannah Marks<\/a> in deals that signal a broader push into prestige film and television talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
