What do I do if the Artist has 2 Booking Agent Contacts?

What do I do if the Artist has 2 Booking Agent Contacts and the first one that I contacted doesn’t respond to my email? Should I keep trying to contact them or just pursue the other Agent contact?

Hi Daniel,
When you an artist with multiple agents you need to look at two things. First if the agents with the same company lets take example CAA. Huge company. You may see three agents listed all CAA but different cities. This tells you the artist has an exclusive agreement with CAA. If the artist has multiple agents from different companies it is because they have chosen not to be exclusive. I would reach out the artist’s manager and tell them you want to make an offer, which agent do you want me work with.

Hi Daniel,

Some celebrities are having a team of agents representing them. Be free to reach out to the other agent as well, since they all work together. For example, if you want to book an artist for a certain market or territory, the agent you contacted will pass the inquiry to his colleagues from the team. I can also advise you to follow up with an agent you already contacted if you did not get any response within 3 days. Make sure that you have all the details which will make the process of booking easier (date, event details, location, approximate budget, etc).

Thank you,
