It really depends how hectic their current schedule is. Usually they respond on requests within first 3 days, but it recommendable to send them a follow-up if you do not hear from them after a week from your initial email. One more advice, try to give concrete information in your email, so they can have a clear idea what are inquiring about.

There is no specific time given for Managers to respond to an inquiry. They are generally busy and receive numerous emails in a given day. It is also possible your email might go to the Spam folder, and they haven't seen it. I say give it 3 days, up to a week maximum, and if you have not gotten a reply, you can send a follow up.

It may vary, there are no rules. Once you sent the email, give them a couple of days to respond. Keep in mind that representatives are usually very busy. If you don't hear from them after a week, you should send a follow-up email.
